Here's the "recipe" for shooting carnival rides at night:
- Manual exposure
- Turn off your flash!
- ISO 100 (you'll be using a tripod and you won't have to deal with "noise")
- Aperture setting: 22 or 29
- Shutter speed: 2 to 8 seconds (play around with it!)
- Sturdy tripod
- Remote shutter release (so you don't shake the tripod)
